What we store
We store the mobile number you sign in with, your name, email address, and city if you provide them, the bill accounts you add (such as a consumer number or phone number on a bill), the amounts and due dates FikrNot has read or that you entered, and whether you marked a bill paid. FikrNot does not ask for a provider password or for payment card details. If you allow notifications on a phone, we store the token that lets us deliver them.
Why we store it
Billing data — connected accounts, amounts, and due dates — is kept to enhance user experience and application performance. We also use this information to send sign-in codes and reminders in the app, by email, and by a phone notification if you turned that on. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
You can see your own bills and reminders. FikrNot staff can see account and bill records when they are operating the service, for example to fix a failed bill check or to manage plans. A provider sees only what you send them through their own payment channel, not through FikrNot.
Reminder emails go to the address on your account. They name the bills FikrNot is asking about and the known total. You can turn reminder categories off in the app. Sign-in codes are also sent by email.
The agreement record
When you tap I agree, FikrNot stores that you accepted these policies, when you did, which version you accepted, and whether you were on the website or the app. That row is not editable by you. A super admin can correct or clear it. Clearing it means you will be asked to agree again the next time you sign in.
