Delete your FikrNot account

Delete in the app

Sign in to FikrNot on the website or the Android app. On the website, open Settings and use Delete account. On the Android app, open Profile and use Delete account. Confirm once. Your account is removed and you are signed out.

What is removed

Deleting your account removes your mobile number, name, email, city, connected bill accounts, bill history, reminders, and notification tokens from FikrNot. Your utility providers are not told. FikrNot does not hold their passwords or your payment cards.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@fikrnot.net from the address on your FikrNot account and ask for the account to be deleted. Include the mobile number you used to sign in. Support will confirm before removing it.
